Where products are custom-made, handmade, or made to order, slight variations in colour, finish, size, grain, texture, paintwork, acrylic finish, and other visual details may occur.

These variations are a natural part of handcrafted and custom work and do not constitute a fault.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • pricing does not include delivery, setup, styling, installation, pack down, or collection
  • additional fees may apply depending on location, timing, access requirements, and the nature of the order or event

Where a custom quote is required, pricing will only be confirmed once sufficient details have been provided.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, omissions, or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order or enquiry has been submitted.

4. Orders and Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry, order request, or checkout purchase through our website does not guarantee acceptance.

We may contact you to:

  • confirm details
  • request further information
  • clarify custom requirements
  • provide a final quote where applicable

An order or booking is only confirmed once we have accepted it and, where applicable, payment or deposit requirements have been met.

We reserve the right to decline any order, booking, or request at our discretion.

5. Custom Orders

Where you place a custom or personalised order, you are responsible for ensuring all details you provide are correct, including but not limited to:

  • names
  • dates
  • spelling
  • event details
  • colour selections
  • wording
  • sizing preferences
  • design approvals

Once a design, proof, or order has been approved or confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

We are not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer prior to production.

Custom-made and personalised items may not be eligible for return or refund for change of mind, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Hire Items and Event Services

Where hire items, setup services, styling services, delivery, collection, or event-related services are offered, additional terms may apply.

These may include specific conditions relating to:

  • booking confirmation
  • deposits and final payments
  • delivery and collection times
  • venue access
  • setup and pack down
  • weather conditions
  • item care and handling
  • breakage, loss, theft, or damage
  • cancellations and rescheduling

Where applicable, these additional terms will be provided separately and form part of your agreement with us.

In the event of any inconsistency, those specific hire or booking terms will prevail over these general Terms of Service.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using the methods made available on our website or as otherwise agreed in writing.

Where a deposit, booking fee, or staged payment is required, your booking or order will not be secured until payment has been received.

If payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to:

  • delay production
  • withhold dispatch or delivery
  • cancel the order or booking
  • release the event date or booking slot

Any overdue amounts may incur reasonable recovery or administrative costs where permitted by law.

8. Shipping, Delivery and Collection

Shipping, delivery, local drop-off, installation, setup, collection, or pickup arrangements will be outlined at the time of purchase or quotation where applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • delivery information is correct
  • venue access details are accurate
  • collection instructions are clearly communicated
  • someone is available where required to receive items

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by:

  • incorrect information supplied by the customer
  • inaccessible venues or locations
  • restricted loading zones or difficult access
  • customer or venue delays
  • third-party courier issues
  • weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control

Risk in goods may pass to you upon delivery, collection, or installation, depending on the nature of the order or service.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Our returns, refunds, cancellation, and where applicable hire-related policies are outlined separately on our website and should be read alongside these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • change of mind returns may not be accepted

  • event-related cancellations and rescheduling may be subject to separate terms and fees
